Free One Day Soccer Clinic

By clicking "I Agree" or checking the box below, the parent or legal guardian of the participating child, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Injury Waiver: I understand that participation in athletic activities such as a Soccer Clinic involves a risk of injury. I hereby release and hold harmless the New Jersey Latino American Trooper Society (NJLATS), its officers, members, volunteers, and any event staff from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or as a result of this event. I certify that my child is in good health and physically able to participate.

Media Release: I grant permission for NJLATS to photograph, video record, and/or livestream my child during this event. I understand these images and recordings may be used in NJLATS promotional materials, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and flyers, without compensation or further approval.
