On Saturday, January 7, in Atlantic City, members of the New Jersey Latino American Trooper Society NJLATS volunteered at the Three Kings’ Day Celebration hosted by the Hispanic Association of Atlantic County
Troopers spoke to attendees about their respective backgrounds and careers. But it was a special homecoming for one specific Trooper. Trooper Kathia Alvarez #8386, born and raised in Atlantic City, spoke the local families about her experience growing up in the same neighborhoods and attending the same schools as many of the children present at the event.
